"Staff was so kind and friendly. The chef had come over to the desk to speak with the staff and while he was there he also was so kind. He offered us a specials menu and talked to us a few minutes. Then when we got to our room I had forgotten my son was originally not going to be with us. I had reserved a king sized bed only. Staff immediately found us a room with two queen beds. I mean my husband wasn’t even upstairs with the luggage yet and they already changed our room. Excellent experience....

Kitchen staff needs to be more attentive to the buffet. Customers had to continually request items to be replenished. Breakfast was provided but ran out of key items (waffle mix) each morning. Food station was replenished but took a little time."
