"The staff were kind but the room wasn’t enjoyable. There Wasn’t enough bathroom roll and the bedding/bathroom wasn’t clean. The beds were comfy however the pillows were not comfy/too hard. For future customers - bring you’re own shower essentials, toilet roll and hand wash"

"A good one night pre flight stay Very good location , near to Heathrow, not expensive , nice and quiet . Good sized room and comfy bed . No soap or soap dispenser to wash hands in the bathroom was a bit odd "

"Staff were friendly. Location was convenient. Room was average in condition at best, the laminate floor was swollen and very noisy, the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag, meaning this created a health and safety risk. The bathroom was not very clean, dirty grout, cracked floor tile, corroded fixtures and something brown smeared on the tiles. "

"Lovely clean and modern although basic. Could have done with a mirror in the room so I didn’t have to use the shared bathroom and hold other guests up. You do hear the trains but that didn’t bother us at all. Would stay again. "
