"If you wanna be going to a place that won't honor their pricings go ahead. There's staff it's very horrible conducted and also, they will leave you without a room just for personal gain they didn't even care that I had my 3-year-old son with me."

"We’ve stayed here before and have always been happy with it…this particular time, my daughter left her wallet in our room and we didn’t realize it until the shuttle left us at the airport. I called the front desk to see how they might be able to help and they were wonderful. They retrieved her wallet from the room AND the shuttle driver brought it to us at the airport! This was 100% above and beyond, and this is why we keep coming back!"
