"Very old and worn out. "

"There is no accessible room and while they kindly gave us a room near the elevator, a shower chair and non slip mat, it really did not work well as the bathroom is so tiny and the corner of the counter is practically over the toilet seat. High narrow rim around the outside of the toilet seat which has a burn mark, is awful. Low toilet. No shampoo in the shower dispenser. I loved everything else and was aware that there was no accessible room but thought we could manage. We would not use this hotel again for those reasons though. Sad because I like Best Western. Kudos to staff, housekeeping and generally the building and brand. Wish we could have made it work better for us."

"Room not clean, there was hair all over the shower and it. There was construction and it was very loud- I won’t be going back."

"In a somewhat dodgy part of downtown (Though there is seemingly always uniformed security in the lobby!) Building is quite run down, and overall the feel is that of a 1980's hotel which has undergone miminal upgrades. "

"Clean room, seamless check in. Good breakfast as well. My only issue was the brightness of the thermostat in the room. It made it difficult for me to sleep because it was so bright."

"The proximity to the mall was well worth it but it is clear it's an old building. The walls are paper thin and we had someone stomping above us at 2am and then again at 6am in the morning. You can hear everything. The continental breakfast was not worth it. But the staff tried to be helpful and they were very friendly. The hotel was clean but slightly run down. It was very convenient being so close to the mall."
