"Clean, well-maintained property. The room was spacious. Felt very secure and free parking was readily available. Excellent steakhouse restaurant in the casino area. Employees were very friendly. The only criticism is that there is no swimming pool. Other than that, this property is an excellent value. "

"We had never stayed at a casino / resort. We enjoyed our time at the Grand Sierra. We found the room comfortable and the staff helpful and welcoming. Though we are not gamblers, there were many other options such as shopping, bowling, and other personal amenities. It also appeared very family friendly as there were several baseball teams staying at the resort for a tournament the week we were there."
