"Overall experience was good other than a miscommunication with the hotel staff , my flight landed late and i asked weeks prior to check-in about checking in at that time and whovever i spoke to said it was fine at the time. When i was on my connecting flight i called to make sure and they said i couldn't checkin id have to pay for another night. Long story short i was given misinformation and it caused an inconvenience hopefully that does not happen with anyone else. The hotel room was nice , bed was amazing. Shower floor a little dirty , coffee maker dirty and the balcony had build up of leaves in the corners. Hot water and tub was nice , restaurant in the hotel was very good and the staff were awesome overall 8/10 "

"Lovely hotel, appreciated quick check in, quiet elevator, high bathroom vanity, pond overlooking room and dining room featured ducks with ducklings, geese, a blue heron, very peaceful and relaxing."

"Valerie at the front desk was awesome and helped us get a room close to the elevator so my mom didn’t have to walk too much. The facilities are beautiful and the rooms very spacious and clean. The shower pressure was excellent too! Love this place@"

"We have stayed at EBB TIDE HOTEL many times. It has Always been very clean. Staff is Friendly, helpful with a peaceful atmosphere. Located on the promenade down from restraunts and shops, then Just a few steps and you're on the beach. We love the people, They're friendly, and kind. You even get homemade cookies at 6 o'clock Every evening. There's a nice clean pool. We've always had a great time there."
