"Upgraded to strip view but got South Side back of top Gold View. Our room was never cleaned. "

"The overall experience was fine, it was the check in process that was not smooth and took roughly an hour to get checked in and to our rooms. They have a kiosk system to check in with which was fine, however checking into multiple rooms was a real problem for some reason. Spoke to 3 different people to get it figured out, with one guy trying to charge me for a third room when I only needed two. Got frustrated with him after he walked away to help others that were having trouble without solving our issue. Tried to go to the desk that had people working only to find the rope system completely closed off to entry. Tried to step over the rope to get in line when someone noticed and stopped us, and he was able to finally solve our issue. Check in process gets a 1/5. Overall was a 3.5-4/5. Room was a little dirty."

"Parking was free in the parking structure. You don't deal with staff checking in. Its done at a liosk. Great for kids becuase of the theme park. It isnt cheap. Kinda pricey. Room was decent. Stayed in the remodel tower. My kids loved it."

"The hotel was good, but you have to watch for the hidden fees!! During our check out we saw we were being charged for items we didn't get. When asked we were told it was what we took from the items in snack tray, $30! I told them we never used it and covered it with a towel, they said Ok and removed it. Then I asked about the $59 daily resort fee? I was told all hotels on the strip charge this and they wouldn't take it off, A resort has a pool, their pool was under construction, so we had to go next door if we wanted to swim!! Seems like a money grab!!"
