Perfect getaway

Unique historical property with very helpful front desk receptionist. Parking is offsite at the casino. Room service was slapdash. A screwed up luggage label that fell on the floor had not been cleaned up 3 days later and when the tissues ran out in the bathroom they were not replaced at the daily room service.

A lovely old style hotel. It is perfectly located close to all the main attractions of Wiesbaden. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Best location in Wiesbaden, historisches Hotel. Bathrooms need a bit more attention: hole in ceiling, hinges of shower encloser dirty. We fully enjoyed our stay!

Nice hotel. friendly pleasant reception staff. Not a great start, when being given 3 x double rooms after specifically asking for twin rooms. Housekeeping poor - removing all towels after refreshing the room.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Radisson. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Loved the Christmas markets only 10 minutes walk away. The room was wonderfully warm and the bed was so comfortable. Will definitely stay there next time.

The hotel is nice, the room was spacious and it was centrally located. We had to park well off site because there was no hotel parking available. They state in the write-up that they have parking but that's not the whole story. They actually have 7 parking spots (I counted twice) which means they're always full. So you should expect to find your own parking somewhere in the city. As for hygiene, they need to shampoo the carpets - it brings the place down a bit. Overall it was a good stay. I think, though, I expect a bit more from the Radisson name.

The room was clean, excellent service, location was great in the middle of everywhere, I requested ice, I got it in less than 10 minutes. The breakfast buffet was full of varieties, marked with symbols of the allergies. Worth the money.

We like this historic hotel and are happy to come again. Minor problems such as the worn out shower-head could easily be fixed through improved maintenance.

Beautiful but parking could be better
The hotel itself is gorgeous... Clean, beautiful, quiet, in a great neighborhood... But disappointing that I had to go off site for parking. Also disappointed that the spa is only open on weekends. Our first night the dining was also closed. My first morning, I was able to get free coffee/tea in the reception area, but on the 2nd morning, there was nothing. That was disappointing. I had a very friendly girl when checking in & an "ok" guy checking out--less friendly/accomodating. The offsite parking is misleading--20Euros/day. It's 20 Euros each time you go out, according the guy on my check out day.

Really nice, great location to everything downtown. Polite and friendly staff. Good bar, nice rooms and good quality. Confusing lighting but that’s the only thing that isn’t perfect. Other than that amazing.

We always enjoy our stay here. It is centrally located in the city with many restaurants and shops in the area. Although there is no parking spaces for the entire hotel, there is a garage located not too far from the hotel.
