"The restaurant had a limited selection of food the night I stayed. I did not get into my room until 6:00 as the cleaning crew were very busy. The air conditioner didn’t work and when I asked to have someone come look at it, the front desk said in 5 minutes, but no one came! It’s getting antiquated. Chairs are wood and uncomfortable to sit on. "

"I called to cancel with a month in avance and the hotel refused to refund my money, so the hotel keeps my money, I cancel due to “the mencho” thing, I didn’t cancel for anything else just be cause “el mencho” captured!!"
