No shampoo and body wash provided as it's a budget price, but it still represents excellent value. Very comfy bed, fluffy white towels and plenty hot water / good shower pressure. "Lovely location on a working farm. Friendly, approachable staff, nice room with a big comfortable bed. Room was clean apart from a few cobwebs. The breakfast was excellent with a nice range and dare I say it the local black pudding was tastier than what I'd usually get from Bury! "It was more affordable than other places near the centre, only 5-10 minutes walk to Lime Street station. The apartment was clean and quiet too and check-in was straight forward. Only issue I had was a very uncomfortable bed that made a lot of noise every time you moved because it was a fold-away bed. They had put a mattress topper on to try and help but did not sleep well. Fine for one night but I wouldn't want to sleep there for consecutive nights on that bed. "
