"Very nice hotel, location was good and rook very nice but aircon poor. Room was 23 degrees and took 8 hours to cool to 22 degrees. We had same issue in another Lotte hotel which suggests it is deliberate control by hotel. We stopped at two other hotel chai s and both had great working aircon."

"I loved loved staying here! The star of the show was breakfast. There was a great variety, the food was home cooked and you could tell it was made with love, and I loved the traditional Korean food. The location was also very close to a lot of bus stops and the subway entrance. The room was spacious and the water pressure was great. I would totally stay here again."

"Room was slightly more dated than you can tell from the pictures but overall a nice place. We had 3 bedrooms so lots of space for my family and for a lower price than a basic hotel room would cost you in a big city like Seattle or NY. There is a nice pool and spa area. Centrally located to a ton of shops and restaurants."

"We checked in, and we got our room on the 9th floor. As soon as, we opened the door, the room smelled very bad like sewed. So we called the front desk right away and let them know about bad smell in our room. One of the front desk team came up and checked the room. They did give us a different room without the view. The front desk team came back with the key and told us that they did give us a another room instead. This room is on the 17th floor(#1705). The room did not have the any bad smell at all, cleaner and has a view of the street. The breakfast was ok. We asked if can sit by the window so we can see outside. They didn't want us to sit by the window because it was for four people. We had to requested a couple of times then the host let us sit by the window. It wasn't busy, only a couple tables were occupied. The front staffs are very helpful, but not at the breakfast. Air conditioning was working fine. If we have a chance to go back, if the hotel let us stay in room #1705, we would go back there again. The house keeper team were very nice. Thank you"

"The Hotel May is in a great location: less than a block from the subway, close to MANY restaurants, convenience stores, etc. It’s stylish and comfortable. Includes a decent breakfast and the price is right! It is located on an alley and there’s no good views and little light but that’s not so bad considering all the positives."
