"I’ve stayed in many hotels around West Lake, and this apartment stands out. It was definitely more spacious and modern, with better amenities for the price. Having a washing machine, kitchen, and elevator made my stay much easier. I asked about drying clothes and the staff kindly assisted without charging. No annoying sales talk about tours or taxis, which made the experience much more pleasant. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure that I felt comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is very convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants.Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"The Parasand hotel is a great value for the price. Clean, spacious rooms that are very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Sky bar and restaurant is very convenient for grabbing breakfast and dinner. "

"Very spacious and clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is a bit tired and the shower was difficult to use as it got everything wet. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"I absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi. "
