"The accommodation was perfect for us (family of four including two children). The staff were friendly and
approachable. They were kind enough to let us check in early as my Son was ill on arrival. The hotel was on par with a budget hotel but it was everything you needed. Toothbrushes, hairdryer, kettle with tea etc, three point plug and USB charger ports were all supplied in the room. Being a guest of the hotel got you 1 free entry to selected attractions. The hotel is very environmentally conscious too with the filtered tap to save on plastic bottles and a cleaning system based on need to save energy. They even made the effort to decorate for Halloween which was a nice touch. The hotel was very conveniently located for transport to all the tourist hotspots with the MRT just yards from the front door and bus stops. The MRT is very easy to navigate so we used it a lot. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but their partner cafe used for breakfast was right next door and was a very nice calm space with fresh food each morning until 11am so there is no need to rush. I would absolutely recommend this hotel based on excellent customer service and extremely high convenience, particularly if you are not seasoned travellers."
