The staff truly made the experience memorable, they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and consistently kind, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of train stations, making it extremely easy to explore Yokohama and even take quick trips into Tokyo. Whether you’re traveling for leisure or convenience, you really can’t beat the accessibility. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and comfortable, with a level of service that makes you feel genuinely cared for. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation."
