"The hotel was great. Clean, safe, and friendly. Taj greated us and was very friendly. We had a key card issue and she resolved it quickly. We were there for the Rolling Stones concert.. The only issue we had was with the hotel shuttle. It would take us to the concert buses and pick us up after. We confirmed this. No shuttle after. We waited, we called The hotel and was told it was running. We waited another 45 mins..We got an Uber."

"The property was clean and beautiful so well maintained. We went in May and it was only about 1/3 full. We did have neighbors but it is so well sound proofed we never even heard them. They made it so easy with everything on site. We parked our car and just rode the buses. Loved how many lifeguards they had on duty made us feel extra safe with all the water options!!"

"The property was well maintained and house keeping came every other day as mentioned. Staff was very friendly and helpful! It was also nice having the shuttles available to commute back and forth to the theme parks. Just a couple suggestions - would be to clean the leaves a bit more from the pool but I know this can be challenging to keep up on constantly. Also, would there be a way to add additional shuttle times? It was sometimes super full because the shuttles also went to other hotels as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! "
