This is a great place if you want in and out of the Zurich airport really fast! Tram is across the street from the hotel and has routes to and from everywhere. The breakfast area is clean and has many options to choose from. Starts very early if you have trains and plane to catch. Staff is very friendly! The rooms are no frill but that all some people need, a place to shower and sleep. We were very happy with this hotel

The hotel is two tram stops away from the airport and easy to find. The property is absolutely immaculate: all the common spaces and the rooms. There are several snack and beverage machines available along with a coffee machine in the lobby. The breakfast is available for an extra fee and well worth it: cheeses, meats, yogurts, seasonal fresh fruits, cereals, breads and rolls, soft to hard boiled eggs to order, milk, lactose free milk, coffee machines, juices and water. The staff was very friendly and easily transitioned between languages. The rooms are economically priced with European style bathrooms in their small rooms; a water closet (toilet) is separate from the open to the room shower/sink area. The wifi worked fine. There are darken curtains and plenty of towels in the rooms. As in other European hotels, there are no washcloths. The Ibis Budget Hotel is affordably priced and, by American standards, a steal! We will continue to use this hotel and chain.

A few minutes from the ZRH airport which was kind of the point of the choice in making the stay. Room was relatively small but had everything you need for just a night. Did not use the tram/metro but located right across the hotel great for those that will use as a mode of transportation.

It was only 2 stations away from the airport. Room was small but clean and efficient. One issue with bathroom light which they fixed immediately. Breakfast was very good.

Nextdoor to tram and bus stop so get to Zurich in Minutes. Rooms a bit small...only one foot from the bed to the wall. But reasonably priced. Decent breakfast.

Property was ok. It says budget and it is super basic- very budget. My only problem was at check in no one mentioned about breakfast available in the hotel and the restaurant is hiding at the back

Hello, I have a complain with the hotel. When I booked my reservation in the hotel I chose the option of paying in the hotel and 5 days before they charged me a quantity and the hotel told me that this was for guarantee of my staying there and when I do the check out they money will come back to my bank account and that has not happened yet. It has been 9 days since we stayed there and I don’t have my money back. I hope you can help me with this and contact me as soon as possible. Thank you.

Small, quiet, spotless, bare-bones room. Available breakfast looked good (we were too late), and there was a coffee machine, and a vending machine with a variety of items. Great for an overnight. Airport tram drops you at the door for a few francs.

Nothing bad, but not impressive either, very average, didn't like that the shower os inside the room and there is not much privacy. But overall is ok.

Staff was informative and friendly! Accommodations were small, but priced right. There is an excellent common area that was a great place to hang out. Very convenient to public transportation into the city as well as the airport.

We arrived at the establishment only to find that our reservation had been denied as no reservation available by the name by the reception. Despite this setback, we proceeded elsewhere. Regrettably, this incident resulted in both a loss of time and financial resources for us, while inadvertently benefiting Expedia through this unfortunate situation.
