Beach Resorts in Gringo Gulch

"The resort is top notch. Wife & I enjoyed our stay and we would return in the future. The only buzz kill was after checking in. The lady pointed to towards another lady that said would assist us moving forward and offered us a drink. Afyer that, annyoying as heck, as they kept trying to do tje whole sales pitch to upgrade and do all inclusive etc. Bit annoying but after getting thru that and letting them know that we plan on exploring the town and eating where the locals eat, we were good. Friendly staff"

"Balcony faced the street, so much more street noise than in past. Also, was just above area where staff stores suitcases, and timeshare people are busy organizing clients, so voices and smokers’ smells drifted up to our room. Did not spend a lot of room time, tho. "

"First of all they did a cute towel cake with flowers on the bed for my boyfriend’s birthday. Originally I had booked a restaurant off site for his birthday but the food was actually so good that we just ate at the restaurants at the all inclusive. There was also a jacuzzi on the balcony which we weren’t sure was included with all bookings but we were super happy to have it. The pools are very clean and maintained well - lots of employees walking around cleaning and checking for cleanliness. All the people working there were friendly and really helpful and happy. We tipped about 20 MXN to employees there. The pools were so relaxing and I honestly have a hard time saying anything negative. We’ll definitely be coming back. I also heard that management switched recently so older reviews may be reflecting the old management? Overall, super impressed."
