**Disappointing Stay – Safety and Service Issues** We stayed in a triple room for two nights but only received amenities for two. The air conditioner couldn’t be switched to heating, and the bathroom was poorly designed. Water spread across the floor after showering due to a single drain near the toilet and a broken ventilation fan. My sister slipped, which scared my elderly mother. We tried calling to report the issue, but the phone didn’t work. After going to the front desk, staff sent someone quickly. Only the phone was fixed—none of the other problems were addressed. The ventilation was centrally controlled and turned off while the floor was still wet. We were told to call room service just to get extra carpets. A room change was requested but never arranged. The shuttle bus only runs on Fridays and Saturdays, which was inconvenient. Overall, poor facilities and lack of proper support made the stay very disappointing.

Excellent stay considering the price.

Good hotel considering the affordable price. The only issue We had was the uncomfortable bed but that is subjected to individual preferences. There wasn't much activity at the vicinity of the hotel too. Apart from that all other aspects was excellent.
