I had an amazing stay! The staff was very helpful, given that I arrived past midnight. The hotel was beautiful, the food was really good and so were the massages. Have travelled to Bali since 1989 and Sri Phala reminds me of what Bali was like when I first arrived, in every good way. The accomodation is old school Bali, spacious and quiet. I would recommend that villas at the rear of the property, away from the main room, but everywhere in the complex is lovely. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Would def stay at Sir Phala again.

The staff make this hotel something special, going out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. The room and grounds are elegant, and the beach and a handful of shops and restaurants are just a minute’s walk. Only downsides were insects in the room, and heavy traffic where Grab drivers seem hesitant to stop.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The reception was super helpful throughout our whole trip. We had a package arrive and they made all arrangements to ensure we received in a timely manner. The resort was clean, and pool was great. Totally recommend and would stay here again.

Always a pleasure coming back. I use this Resort before ferry trips from Sanur Harbour. Extremely friendly and helpfull staff. The deluxe bungalows are great.
