BTSのRatchadamri駅や大きなショッピングモール、スーパーなどが徒歩圏内で便利。高級ホテルが立ち並び比較的静かな場所にあるが、観光客を狙った詐欺師がいるので、油断は禁物。隣のコンビニで自称カナダ人観光客に声をかけられ、最初は値札を指差してドル換算でいくらかと聞いてきて、徐々に話をしだす。次に今はほとんど使われていない日本の古い札をチラっと見せてきて、今のお札が見たいと言ってくる、札を持っていないというとバーツでもいいと訳わからないことを言ってくる。最初から日本人をターゲットにした詐欺師のようなので相手にしてはいけない。 ホテルの部屋は、スイートにアップグレードされ、マンション並みの設備と広さだったが、家具やインフラなど古さは否めない。シャワーは水流は強くて良いが、温度調整が困難。なかなかお湯が出ず1-2分で緩くなったと思ったら急に熱湯が出てきて、調整しても緩くならないので、一旦放置するしかない。お湯が出るまで15秒待てとの注意書きはあるが、15秒ではお湯にならない。シャワーのホルダーは壊れていて位置が固定できず、シャワーヘッドを手に持って浴びるしかない。ハンドタオルは滞在2日目以降にはあったが初日はなかった。洗濯乾燥機と洗剤が部屋にあったのはよかった。また、コンドミニアムタイプなので、キッチンがあり一通り食器類も揃っているので、自炊も可能。部屋の水、ジュース、菓子は無料で食べ放題だった。朝食はM階のレストランでビュッフェでした。中華とウェスタンフードがメインで、日本食も少しありました。卵はその場でオムレツや目玉焼きなどを注文できるサービスがありました。お料理の味は他の同レベルのホテルより残念な感じでした。 その他、ドアの遮音性能が低く、廊下で話す声やパタパタ歩く音がまる聞こえでした。 チェックイン後も荷物を預かってもらえますが、ロビーの隅にたくさんのスーツケースと共に置かれるだけなので、若干セキュリティーの心配はありました。 色々欠点はありますが、設備やサービス、立地に対して値段が安いのはおすすめポイントです。

Solo traveler. Stayed for one week in a 1 bedroom suite. Room was very nice and spacious. Very nice to have a washer/dryer in the room. Excellent fitness facility. The pool is large and beautiful. Staff very professional and friendly. Buffet breakfast was just okay. Food was sometimes not hot. Both American and Thai selection is nice. The hotel is in a nice quieter street with 7/11 right next to it. A lot of things to do and see within walking distance. I walked everywhere I went. Went to Lumphini Park, MBK Mall, World Cwnter Mall, Paragon Siam Mall. Walked to Nana Plaza area wbich is where I am going to next hotel. I highly recommend Gran Centre. But if you’re looking for street bars and restaurants and a lot of street food. I think Nana is more suited.

We had a really enjoyable stay at GCPR. The room size was impressive- easily the most comfortable and spacious we experienced during our entire Thailand trip. Having a washer/dryer in the room was a huge bonus and made things incredibly convenient, especially after travelling around. The facilities were solid as well. We enjoyed the pool and games room. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free, which always sets a good tone. The location worked well for us too. It was within walking distance of shops, and having a 7-Eleven right next door was handy. The only downside was the breakfast. It wasn’t bad, but compared to other hotels we stayed at in Thailand, the selection felt a bit underwhelming and didn’t quite live up to expectations. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay with just a small area for improvement.

Great location and a very comfortable stay overall. We had two spacious, clean rooms next to each other on the top floor as requested, which was much appreciated. Fast elevators and reliable WiFi (~70 Mbps). Rooms are simple with comfortable large beds. Minor downsides: blackout not possible and some noise from the hallway. The rooftop pool is large and nicely surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxing (shade during the afternoon). Breakfast has a strong Asian selection, while the European options are more average; coffee is decent. Not a luxury hotel, but a solid, well-functioning choice with no major weaknesses.

The breakfast was a large spread. Clean open room. Loved the services, had a massage and enjoyed the fact that it is a spa not just a plan service and done. It was a spa like experience just what I needed after all the walking in the humidity. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Location is perfect for the shoppers, with Central World and Big C in walking distance. Check in staff was so helpful with my two separated bookings due an extra night of flight situation, was able to combined my stay seamlessly. And the room was super comfortable and spacious. And we enjoyed the pool with hot afternoon heat.

Raucher Zimmer erhalten. Mussten erstmal einen raumduft kaufen. Wir haben um eine Nacht verlängern müssen da der Flug ausgefallen war. An der Rezeption hatte man keine Lust dies zu machen. Soll der Kunde online machen.in der Küche ist zum kochen nichts vorhanden. Müll wird nur geleert bei eindeutigem Hinweis. Türen und Boden dreckig. Brandflecken an der Badewanne. Schreibuntensilien werden nicht aufgefüllt. Frühstück für Thailand eher unterer Durchschnitt. Wünsche werden nicht berücksichtigt. Hotel reagiert nicht auf Anfragen. Keine 5 Sterne. Zu empfehlen ist aber der Spa (gehört aber nicht zum Hotel). Würde ich nicht nochmals buchen.
