The staff were so lovely and very helpful in everything we needed. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is very central and in walking distances to the train station and the Colosseum. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again.
What on a whole Europe trip for two weeks? This was the best hotel that we had very spacious room. Bathroom was clean. There was AC in a window and a full body mirror for the girlies. staff was super helpful. I did forget about the city service fee that we had and we didn’t have euros on us. We had to go get some and bring it back which they were completely OK with. Room wasn’t ready cause we checked in early, but we had a guest house we could store our luggage in while we went around town.
The location is perfect. It is near a métro station that will take you to the Vatican all the museums and all the cites of Rome. Also, it is near nice restaurants. Staff is friendly. However, this is a guest house and there is no front desk per se. Nonetheless, staff responds when you call them.
I found the property difficult to find - once you find the building number you need to scan the names beside the door buzzers to be allowed entrance. My only interaction with staff was when I checked in. The ‘front desk’ is mostly unmanned.
There are no amenities to speak of - a couple of packets of shampoo and a kettle and a coffee machine in a common area. There is a sign on the back of the room door that expressly forbids bringing outside food into the room.
The room itself was very clean and the location is amenable to walking to many of the big attractions. And there are several places to eat close by.
This guest house offered independent living without hotel-style amenities. The room was clean, the air conditioning functioned properly, and there were plenty of shops/resturants nearby. The staff was friendly, helpful, and available for questions/support. This area of Rome was right next to the metro, and it was easy to explore various parts of Rome. Reasonable price for this style of stay; however, if you are looking for a hotel-style stay, this is different.
Our stay was so wonderful here, the room felt so cozy and so big, the area was really good, we felt safe all the time, the only downside was the stairs, we had to carry our bags up the stairs and it was kind of narrow. There are many good Italian restaurants in the area, so that was a plus as well!

We were welcomed by Karl, he is so friendly and we loved his recommendations.
The owners were very helpful and kind. Clean room and bathroom. Located in a convenient spot to walk to most major sites in Rome. Plenty of shops, laundry, and food around the hotel.
Great stay at the very central hotel ! We had a very easy check in and the host was so communicative with tips and help for traveling in Rome! Would book again !

The room was good. Bed was comfortable and we had a nice view from our room. The bathroom shower was super small tho. Other than the shower, we didn’t have any problems.
Also it’s super close to the metro and walk distance from terminal and most of the tourist places.
The area is perfect to walk around as there are lots of dining options available for a short distance as well as convenience stores. Metro very close by which made exploring the city easy and getting around at a low price not complicated. The place was very secure to get inside which was comforting. The cleanliness/bathroom could have been a little better but it was overall okay. Staff however was excellent and very helpful in showing around as well as so so friendly and prompt at responding messages
Stayed for 2 nights. Check in was easy and service was very friendly. For a “budget” hotel we found the room and security to be very sufficient. And the location next to the park and close to Termini was wonderful. Would stay here again if returning to Rome.
This is a great option for anyone looking for an efficient location near the Termini train station. Staff was really friendly and accommodating, holding our luggage before check-in and after checking out so we could continue exploring the city. Communication was always on point and room was all we needed to crash for the night. Although the area surrounding the Guest House is not the prettiest, Rome is a very safe city and we never felt unsafe walking near the property late a night. There are two fantastic pastry shops within walking distance from the Guest House, which were absolutely amazing! I recommend and would stay at this property again.
Amazing hotel, the staff were really helpful and lovely, especially Karl! The reception closes at 6pm, but they waited for our arrival. Hotel was very homely and was central to all major cite seeing. Definitely recommend.
The place itself was wonderful to stay at. Lily was a very gracious host and we would definitely come back. A good amount of sites and restaurants are within walking distance. Just know that even though there is an elevator, you still have to go down a few stairs to get into the actual rooms. The area around the rooms is not perfectly scenic, but it's Rome and beautiful all the same!
Lily who checked us in was great. Friendly and helpful with directions. Property is close to a Metro stop and 15 walk from Termini. Room was big and clean. Building does have an elevator but elevator isn’t available for Magic Door guests. There were a few homeless ppl on the same street but Otherwise was a convenient location.
We greatly enjoyed the stay, the staff was accommodating to our early check in and was very helpful during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable.
