The resort is very large and well maintained. I really enjoyed the festive atmosphere in the evenings — music was playing everywhere, which created a lively and fun vibe.
However, I had higher expectations for the food. The buffet didn’t offer many choices, and although they changed the theme each night, the food felt the same to us — not much variety in taste or presentation.
The service could definitely be improved. I often had to ask multiple times just to get a coffee refill or a drink, and a few times I ended up getting it myself. It felt like there were 15 waiters, but none of them were paying attention — they were too busy chatting with each other, which doesn’t reflect well on the restaurant.
That said, it was still a good overall experience. Nothing is ever perfect, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
