"Nice place. Got an upgrade. Regretfully it had no ac in the loft and the downstairs fireplace had been left on. We tried fans but the room was very hot to sleep in."

"Room was clean though dated. Beds were comfortable. Staff was wonderful - the check in, restaurant and cleaning staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet was sub-par. Food was cold though we paid full price. They did offer to microwave the meal but for $27 and we only had one plate because of the quality ..."

"Great place to stay. It far exceeded my expectations. Its literally 5 mins from Downtown Banff but gives you a true mountain experience. The views from the room (if you get mountain facing) and Hot tub are phenomenal!!"
