The St Regis Singapore has it all. Wonderful and friendly staff, excellent food at both the Chinese and Astor Restaurants, rooms large, airy and very comfortable. Near to large shopping outlets with readily available taxis should one require to explore further areas.

Excellent hotel and staff. Superior culinary expertise, brilliant food without any fuss or stress. Genuinely kind, polite and helpful staff. From check in to check out EVERYTHING was top notch. The staff really make this hotel, they’re the best in the business. Wonderfully comfortable beds, spacious rooms, very well appointed decor. And the art on display is fabulous. The room was very good, spacious with quite comfortable beds, blackout curtains and a refreshing shower. The setup for the shower needs work, however-- water escapes every time, making the need to sop up puddles. The walls are somewhat thinner than you would expect-- neighbors coughing, etc. Beautiful lobby and pool. I would go back next time in Singapore-- proximity to Orchard Rd is fabulous yet without all the hustle and bustle.

We stayed in a special suite which is named in the honor of the founders mother (st. Regis Founder). This was a great story to hear. Wish the experience matched that story. There was construction going on in the hotel which was not disclosed during reservation. Lobby had terrible smell. Luckily not in the room. Nothing over the top and was expensive compared to other hotels I had researched.

I stayed for just 2 nights and on the 2nd night the aircon kept switching off. At 5 am the phone suddenly buzzed continuously till i had to lift the handset. I paid a fortune to have a good night's sleep. So not pleased.

Worst hotel stay of my life. I used their laundry service, they ruined 3 of my tshirts by stapling through them with a stapler which they use to tag clothes, and despite holes clearly aligning with the staples used, they claim it wasn’t them and take no responsibility. Totally unprofessional and disappointing; especially considering the price paid for the hotel.

The property overall was great, however for an international hotel brand in a major global city I would have expected at least an acceptable fitness facility. To my surprise, the fitness facility at the St. Regis Singapore is very outdated with sparse and poorly maintained equipment, e.g., rust on machines and rough handling, and in dire need of upgrading.

I wish I could give zero reviews that’s how bad it

Checked in late well past 10pm, I was tired and didn’t care about the air conditioner not working. Next morning I called to complain, and they fixed the system finally, toilet kept on running long after you flushed, rooms keys needed to be replaced 2 times as the elevator didn’t except them. Line for breakfast was 30 minutes long. Waited for coffee forever until I finally left. Wanted to check out late due to late flight back to US. Hotels.com as a gold member I felt like I wasn’t recognized. After asking to check out late I was actually asked and forced to leave at 12 noon even harassed by the front desk.

事前に空港からの送迎やアーリーチェックインについて問合せしたところ、すごく丁寧に対応いただきました。結局、送迎サービスは使わなかったですが、嫌な顔せず対応いただきました。部屋の中も素敵でした。ルームメンテナンスが外出する度に入り、そこまでは必要なかったかなと思いました。立地もオーチャード駅から歩け、街の様子を味わうこともでき、とてもよい場所でした。

The main problem for this stay is renovation from nearby hotel rooms start as early as 9am in the morning, with hammering and drilling which is unacceptable to my standard It is really annoying and we dun expect early works in a hotel which is supposed to be quiet and comfy

REGIS Singapore에서의 숙박은 정말 즐겁고 행복한 시간이었습니다. 특히 이번 여행은 제 생일을 기념하기 위한 여행이기도 했는데, 체크인 후 객실에 들어서자마자 생일 케이크와 손편지, 그리고 예쁘게 장식된 풍선이 준비되어 있어 감동했고, 정말 행복했습니다. 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 바로 직원들의 친절함입니다. 매일 아침마다 먼저 다가와 인사를 건네고 친절하게 안내해 주셨던 벨맨 Ali님, 숙박 내내 저희의 요청을 세심하게 챙겨주시고 탁월한 서비스를 제공해주신 버틀러 CG님, 리셉션에서 언제나 밝은 미소로 응대해주시고 최고의 서비스를 제공해주셨던 Supervisor Jisu님, 모두 덕분에 싱가포르에서의 여행이 더욱 특별하고 편안한 시간이 되었습니다. 저희 가족의 즐겁고 행복한 여행은 ST. REGIS의 모든 직원분들 덕분이라고 생각합니다. 진심으로 감사드립니다. 그럼 객실과 조식등에 대해 이야기 해보겠습니다. 1. 호텔컨디션은 정말 환상적이였습니다. 고급스럽고 깨끗한 로비에서 체크인하는데 고객과 앉아서 눈을 마주치며 고객의 요청을 경청해주는 모습이 인상적이였습니다. 2. 욕실과 화장실 모두 넓고 청결했으며, 어메니티도 환경을 고려해 1회용이 아닌 제품으로 구성되어 있었습니다. 욕조는 넉넉하고 깨끗했고, 입욕제도 품질이 좋아 피로를 풀기에 좋았습니다. 매일 TWG 차와 캡슐 커피가 제공되었고, 온수가 나오는 정수기가 있어 편리하게 사용했습니다. 침대와 침구는 포근하고 촉감이 좋아 아침에 일어나기 싫을 정도였고, 와이파이 속도와 조명 상태도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 3. 숙박하는 동안 조식은 매일 먹었는데 아직도 생각나는 맛입니다. 커피와 차, 호텔만의 특별음식을 주문하면 테이블에 가져다주었는데 카페라떼와 오물렛은 또 먹고싶네요. 저는 즉석에서 만들어주는 사과,당근주스와 베이커리 매일매일 바뀌는 누들스테이션 국수들이 생각나네요. 4. 수영장은 이용은 안했지만 피트니스에서 운동하면서 수영장을 바라보고 있었을때는 관리하는 직원들이 세심히 관리하는것 같은 인상이 였습니다. 피트니스에는 수건,물, 기억에 남는건 사과가 있어서 운동 끝나고 하나 먹었습니다~^^ 런닝머신,싸이클,몇개의 머신들이 있는데 간단히 운동하기에는 좋았습니다. 다만 운동복,운동화는 챙겨가야 운동할수 있으니 참고하세요. 총 6일간의 여행 동안 ST. REGIS 호텔은 저희 가족에게 최고의 휴식과 추억을 선물해 주었습니다. 다시 한번, Ali, CG, Jisu님께 진심 어린 감사의 말씀을 전합니다. Thank you for the outstanding service. You made my stay unforgettable.
