"The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. The pajamas were comfortable too. All the amenities were nice. It was very close to the station. I will stay this place next time!"

"My room was unfortunately not very clean. I found hair all over that wasn’t mine and the shower door had a build up of grime. The floors are bamboo which is a neat feature but they all had black marks on them. The bed was uncomfortable with very tiny hard pillows and the whole room has a musty smell. It is a great location if you are taking the train a lot, but it is very far from most things you’d want to see and do in Kyoto. We were unfortunately unable to try the Onsen since we have tattoos but it seemed to be the main feature of the hotel. All around it was an okay 3* hotel but I wouldn’t recommend staying here."
