"Waterlily Studio was a really comfortable and cosy retreat. It was beautifully located at the edge of the farm looking over a lake, with lots of birdlife around. "The value for money at £300 a night was not up to standard. Our Shower did not work and they spent some time trying to fix it and that failed so they decided to move our room, we however then didnt have anytime to wash before going out for dinner which was awful after a full day at the beach. "The first room I was given hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. Thankfully, they swapped the room for me at 1am in the mornin, so can't fault them on that. The matress in the new room was old and uncomfortable and the shower controls literally came out of the wall when operating. 1 of the windows would not close allowin quite a lot of road noise in.
