"This is not a hotel is a guesthouse type , they false advertising, they have multiple families living there the kids running and kid crying , my room had leaking water and the toiles was clogged. The advertised a restaurant over price and they not have any selection or sometimes no one is here . I complained the person responsible, yes quickly respond but they did not fix anything, feel unsafe with some people living there permanently, this needs to be remove from hotels.com "

"The ladies that work in the front are wonderful people. Their staff is very professional and there is always hot coffee and cold water there when you arrive home for the day. "When we arrived to the hotel we were informed that our room had been double booked so we didn’t have our room available. Luckily they had one more room available in the back of the property which was a bit old but spacious and worked out for us. The location is great and all of the staff at the house/property were really nice and accommodating. I will definitely consider staying there as an option. "

"Ud. como administradores de la plataforma no tienen retroalimentación con el dueño de lugar ni sabia que íbamos y según sus recomendaciones enviadas al correo no había necesidad de volverlos a contactar, ni siquiera me dejaron un numero donde contactarme con ellos, no se descargo el pago pero si me pidieron todos mis datos de la tarjeta hasta CVT, NO vuelvo a contratar con HOTELS, muy mala la articulación de la estadia."
