Three Star Hotels in Apulo

"Food was great, room clean , staff nice , this hotel offers some family activities such is nice but around the cabins the grass, yard hallways need more attention they're need a new restoration. It doesn't matter if this hotel rise price but offer instead better amenities. Something looks really old and careless."

"Thought the property is beautiful, it needs lots of maintenance. There were several things broken or not working properly. The property’s main attraction, the sauna and the steam room didn’t work. The cabin’s main door lock was broken and the light bulb in front of the cabin didn’t work…. Sometimes we didn’t have hot water in the shower "

"First impression was surprising. the dimensions and details are ok. however, its a bit away from the main road, and access road in bad shape. not a fault of the hotel I assume. unfortunately, small things like a last days, the running water in the mornings were unavailable. needs to chase early in the morning someone to help. breakfast buffet starts until 8am. very late. few offers for dinner or lunch, and small crew to attend the wide and huge area. no doubt, with a bit care, including new...

"Well off the beaten path. If your looking for a get away from the main road, city lights, traffic, car horns, police, the homeless, THiS is the place for you. It’s Not 5-star experience but it is a bit of a Shangrila and a 3-star hotel with a nice hardworking staff, The swimming pools and views of the nearby mountains are amazing. Reserve 2-3 nights or have a Family get together or celebration here. It’s ideal .finally the price is extremely economic for what you get."

"Hermosa hacienda, el desayuno estuvo rico, el paisaje muy bello, con muchos pajaritos. La entrada no es facil de encontrar, no esta claramente identificada. La piscina muy fria y el jacuzzi no funcionó durante nuestra estadia, iba con niñ@s y para mi era necesario. Estuvo bien para una noche, pero por el precio esperaba mucho más, muy costoso y no sé ve el valor agregado."

"Really nice place, the rooms are big and the king bed was very comfortable, the view of the mountains was beautiful and peaceful. The staff was super friendly and attentive and always willing to help with anything, they also let me have a late check out at no cost (3:00pm) "

"After communicating with hotel letting them know I would be arriving late, and they acknowledged that I would be late.. when I arrived they had given my room away. The person that answered the door was kind enough to call a different hotel and get us a room.. I do appreciate that very much or the rating would be much lower. "
