"The hotel is superb. The receptionist were very accommodating, friendly and ready to help. The only thing that dismayed me was, the signage of the hotel to enter the hotel from the street is not visible or big enough to see. In entering the hotel, you have to passed commercial building which is very confusing. There should be a signage saying, “ hotel entrance is this way”. "

"I love that the kitchenette is usable, and there is access to BBQs and outdoor seating spaces. The pool is clean and salt water. The rooms are clean, functional, have enough space, and many things have been thought of that I find convenient. For example the desk is on wheels so it can be moved to whatever location is best. There is ample storage. The couch has a nice reclining option and there are many options for surfaces to use. This is now my preferred hotel to stay at in Brantford."

"We liked the room with the kitchen suite and having a full size fridge was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable, the view was nothing to write home about. The incredibly annoying detriment to a great stay was the wake up call received at 5:30 am on both mornings on a two day stay. Even though after the first night, we reported this to the front desk receptionist. All you really want is a comfy bed, a hot shower and a good night's sleep. "
