"A great hotel is you want to be centrally located, minutes from the main railway station, tram and metro. Hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. "Just fine if you want to crash for a night. Tiny bathroom, toilet impossible to use properly - one had to sit sideways (front of the toilet ended under the sink). Clean and decently decorated, coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. "Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."
