"I was again very happy with our stay at Hawthorne - the hotel room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. I only had two small issues: the lock on our door malfunctioned and did not open with multiple different keys in several instances (the keys worked fine on other doors like the fitness room) and the shower rod in one of the bathrooms was loose and had been clearly poorly repaired. Otherwise everything else was great. "

The only problem is that the person who works in the Hotel bar decided on his own to close the bar yesterday Saturday and not provide us with service before the established time.
