"My bath tub was clogged with older customers dirt and I called the hotel many times and they told me they are going to fix in 20mins and never got fixed I went to lobby and front desk 5 different times and they always said in 15 or 20 minutes it’s going to get fixed and no one came. For 2 days I couldn’t get shower and last day at afternoon guy came to fix after I argued with manager in front of the customers in lobby and the guy came to fixed literally told me no one called him to fix it before and showed me the proof good thing there was a black lady was really trying to help me and also wanted to give me room credit and Jeremie on front desk after heard what happened took of my fees and they are the only reason I’m not making this big deal and not reporting it. But the women on front desk in the morning and manager was so rude,they literally said there is customers they going to take care of and not me. So what I am? I paid money to stay there too,what is supposed to even mean and manager and that lady was so rude I literally had to argue for my problem and all my two days of stay they always kept me in my hotel room for hours by saying someone coming to fix in 2 hours and I have all the videos and pictures of as a proof,the front desk guy literally felt bad and wanted to help me out after I showed him the pics and videos!"

"The staff and service were fantastic. The kids loved the pool. The location is nice, close to the strip. The downfall is the cleanliness. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. Both tubs had visible mold in the jets/around edges. The main areas of carpet were vacuumed but the edges were visibly grey from dirt and food crumbs we even found a French fry and bottle lid . When turning on the kitchen sink there was an instant foul smell from the drain & the dishwasher only opened halfway."
