Everything is in good condition (gardens) and it is obvious that they take good care of the property. Location is outside of the city (5-10mn drive) a bit too close to the main road and a bit far from the beaches (but they have their own private beach 20-30mn from the hotel)."

"Location, location, location. the hotel sits on a beautiful coastal site. The view is breath taking. You can sit out on the back lawn under some beautifully sculpted trees the shade you or walk 20 feet to small beach to enjoy some sun. The breakfast is outstanding. The selection of teas is wonderful. All the wonderful foods are tasty. We ate all our evening meals there as well . The service was impeccable. The general manager avoided me until I emailed him direct and demanded he call me. He then claimed our claims were not true and told us because we had checked in were weren’t entitled to any refunds for the two nights we didn’t stay. There is a rooftop terrace and we enjoyed this space for breakfast and dinner. The hotel decor is simple and understated but of the highest quality. "We did not know that there was no cleaning of the rooms, replacing towels, coffee, toilet paper etc. nothing but what you have I. The room when you walk in. Anything else is payment required. We payed almost €2000 for 3 nights and not even a cup of coffee was included. "
