They get to know the client whether you are staying for 1 night, on a training course or just there for a meeting 2. ROOMS - always clean and tidy and well kitted out 3. "Friendly run pub offered great service when we arrived late friday evening. Explained we wouldnt need breakfast the saturday morning as we were leaving early to particiapte in the south downs challenge. Suggested a breakfast tray they would leave outside our room. "Great property in an ideal location to explore Brighton, we struggled to park the car but eventually found one, room very nice, beds comfortable.check in was easy and hassle free, tv signal not great but I suppose you don’t come away to watch tv; defo come back here again"

"Great location, especially it you travel by train, exit from the side of the station and a somewhat smelly :-( municipal lift (not within control of the hotel) will take you almost to the front entrance and reception. The Lanes (great shops and cafes) and the seafront are a short walk away. Wonderful reception staff, a good buffet breakfast, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean apartment.
