"We have an early flight out of KIX, so we choose this hotel for the location. It was perfect. We had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, Brassiere, and then walked one minute across the skywalk into Terminal 1. The breakfast was 10/10, lots of delicious fresh food. The restaurant also kept our luggage for us, so we were free to dine worry-free. The hotel was huge, specious, and very modern. Their shampoos, lotions, facial cleanser was also high quality, top of the line. I would come back here again."

"Great location, easy to get to everywhere with trains downstairs. It rained a few days while were we there but we had no problems because the trains were downstairs and we also travel through the underground walkways. Very convenient with tons of restaurants nearby and a supermarket downstairs that had everything. The room was very clean and the AC worked great. I look forward to staying here on my next trip to Osaka."

"Convenient location - just a short walk to Universal studio. The room is clean and staff are friendly. My only complain is the automatic light near the bathroom - It's very bright and lighten up the room when someone going to the toilet in the middle of the night. "
