"We have stayed in Andaz several times, and have loved it each time, extremely well located, with excellent food and service, and eco-friendly. On this occasion we stayed just overnight, checking in late evening and leaving for an early morning flight. And I want to draw attention to the absolutely outstanding service of Christopher, who was perhaps the concierge, or just supervised attendants, I am not sure. We had lot of baggage. He took total control of the bags that did not need to go to our room, keeping them safe and having them loaded in the Andaz airport drop off car next morning. Not just that, I absent-mindedly forgot one of my bags in the room when I came down next morning to leave, and he asked me: what happened to your other bag? And we retrieved it from the room. Without his par-excellence service and personal interest in Andaz customer welfare, we would have left without that bag with all my clothes and other stuff. Very (very!) impressive indeed. "
