"Swandor was a beautiful propery, the Buffett was amazing, never seen that much variety in food choices. The restaurant staff was very hospitable and courteous. Very clean property and good overall. I am giving them a two star because air conditioning in the room was a problem for us. The thermostat was stuck at 25C, 77F. When we communicated this issue to the front desk they sent us to guest relations and who then involved Maintance and in the end they did not resolve the issue or assign us another room because it seemed to be a floor wide issue. Seemed to us like it was a known problem and they didn't care to resolve. Should have read the other review before booking. That was the main issue we had at Swandor, other than that good property."
