"Property is close to a Church with loud speakers walls are not sound proof. Staff are honest and helpful. Hot water does not work but it's not needed. AC will cool the room enough to be comfortable but not super cool."

"Always book here whenever staying in Caloocan. Location is safe, and accessible. There is always security and you always feel safe. The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. "Horrible experience. The hotel is poorly cared for. The wifi didn't work and they tried to blame it on a typhoon that happened 2 weeks ago. The restaurant next door, wifi worked - the hotel was not being honest. Tried to charge for an extra pillow and blanket. Place feels like the staff puts in as little effort as possible but will nickle and dime you for everything. I would strongly suggest not staying here."
