"It was a great hotel very clean and well maintained. Rooms were spacious but the walls needed a paint job for sure. The staff were less motivated room cleaning was always done closure to 5pm not ideal. But the swimming pool and gym was a good touch and location is great as you can get a cab to Sunway Pyramid easily."

My husband and I make 4 to 5 trips to KL each year and each time we stayed at One World. With exception for an earlier trip this year, my office booked me at their sister hotel also located within One Utama. Their F&B is the best and hospitality is excellent.
