"Good location and nice hotel"

"Had a really good stay at Courtyard by Marriott Melaka, check in was a breeze, the front office staffs are very friendlt, the room was clean and spacious, bathroom for the city view king bed had a bathub in it, strong water pressure from the showers, buffet breakfast was good too, enjoyed the pastries and coffee from the espresso machines. Their room service “at your service” was great, requested a firmer pillow and they delivered. Will definately return to this hotel if in Melaka."

Location (within 10 minutes walk to Jonker Street), clean, spacious, lights on bathroom mirror (convenient for make up), direct USB charger, nice bed and pillows and bolsters, water dispenser, friendly and helpful staffs, no smoking hotel! Overall it's a big big like for ibis! ——— ——— ——— [AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT] The facilities wear off a bit. Can see some minor parts (toilet bowl) chipped off, and toilet door is hard to close (need to push / pull very hard for the door...

"Although the hotel is a little dated, it is well maintained and made up for it with its fridendly and helpful staff. A specail thank you to Maya at receiption, who make out check in smooh and welcoming. The location is not the most convenient, especially for getting to the main shopping and transport areas, but we appreciated that the hotel provideds a complimentary shuttle service, which was very helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"Very helpful staff Excellent wifi Huge (too big?) room for 1 person I didn’t try the breakfast or pool so no comments about them. I had a room at the back on a high floor & traffic noise was really loud during the day but thankfully it went to almost 0 after dark so I slept ok. Not a lot of places of interest close by but there were good eating places across the road then go to the left then first right towards the river The keycards were frustrating as numerous times I had to get them...
