Please request for a room near the lobby so that you wont need to call for a buggy service. My friend has waited for quite some time(Sometimes more than 30mins) for the buggy service to arrive. I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more English speaking staff there. The restaurants food are great. Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. The hotel receptionist was very helpful. I had an early morning and left before 5am so he helped pack some breakfast for me, and had the bill ready so I could leave without any hassle. The club lounge was unstaffed during cocktail hours(probably because there weren’t many guests on that day) and I needed to call someone to open the drinks. But all else was good. The view of the lake is beautiful and the room was very clean. I think it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Putrajaya.
