"I didn’t overly commit much more to food than breakfast but from what I experienced the breakfast service was brilliant. Plenty of options and the service was great. Internet great, service all over the resort. Quite hilly in areas which would pose a slight problem if less mobile but saying that I’m pretty sure the resort offers buggy service. The resort itself is lovely, so natural with lots of trees, palms and greenery. Direct beach access, 4 pools to pick from. The rooms are really nicely decorated, very comfortable and adequately air conditioned. In terms of access to the main part of town, 10-15 minute walk and you arrive into one of the main parts of Khao Lak. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. I would without hesitation stay here again. The staff throughout the resort were truly exceptional. They consistently went out of their way to accommodate us, always anticipating our needs with grace and warmth. The children’s staff made our son feel instantly at home, creating a magical and safe environment in the play area that he looked forward to each day. Each morning at breakfast, the staff recognized us immediately and brought over our usual drinks before we even asked. The attention to detail was remarkable. On several occasions, both the manager and the chef personally greeted us, checking in and offering well wishes—especially touching on our final day."

The food was fresh and delicious. Everything was made fresh, including if you asked for a glass of juice. They will literally squeeze the fruit into juice for you to drink. "It's a unique property where the rainforest meets the beach. The swimming pools are awesome and the resort is expansive. They have a fantastic spa also. Enjoyed our stay here and strolls along the beach."
