"Staff were chill and attentive when needed. Room was clean when we wanted it clean. Gave us an extra 3 hours to check out with no extra charge. Breakfast was great, pool was great. My only "complaint" is we needed to have the maintenance guy in our room to turn on the jacuzzi whenever we wanted to use it, but that wasnt much of an issue."

If you’re looking to go to the touristy places like Siam / Chidlom then it will take more time with changing of trains "
