Staff at reception was great; with beautiful room facing the pool and forest; clean & large room & bathroom. Hotel is abit far from Ubud main town but the friendly complimentary shuttle private transport more than compensate for this.

We had a delightful time at this resort - the staff were consistently considerate and helpful and anxious to assist. The hotel meals were great, with excellent ambience. The accomodation was very comfortable - luxurious rooms, with wonderful views. We loved the place, and the people! Although the place was a little isolated (the drive to Ubud was 30 minutes or so), that was what we wanted - to get away from it all, in the peaceful surroundings of the quiet forests all around. Service was great, staff very attentive.

The service was great, the staff always had a smile for us and was very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, the room was well appointed and the location of the hotel is superb. It has beach access and access to a great walkway that stretches for about 5km and makes for excellent running in the morning. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

I'll be honest, the hotel is not the luxury type of hotel you would picture yourself to be while in a less developed country, the decoration is also be a little 'dated' and it's not one located within the popular streets (but mostly guest houses are on Jalan Bisma or Jalan Monkey Forest). However, it offers large rooms, a decent swimming pool and a complimentary drop-off service within Ubud - trust me that is very helpful on a hot afternoon! Very good and clean hitels

Very happy with our stay with Ubud Village Hotel. We requested for flower petal bath when we check in and they accommodate to our request. On top of that, we receive a surprise chocolate cake for our honeymoon trip. The bathtub water tap is abit faulty but not a big prob, they came in quickly and fixed it.

All counters staff are very helpful and friendly. Very professional service. Well Done, will stay again if back to Canggu
