My daughter’s hand was pinched in the elevator and the rushed to provide ice and check in on her hand the next day. It was thoughtful. The room was also clean, spacious enough for 2 adults and a 1 year old (I was provided a crib), and breakfast had great options and a decent spread. The location was also nice. Not in the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to a bunch of areas. "
