"Overall a really great hotel in a great location. Really quiet despite being busy & in a busy area. Lovely, helpful staff. Only negative issues - the room was way too hot & using the 'aircon' only seemed to make it worse! Breakfast setup on the last morning (when we were tight for time for a flight) was delayed. Some items missing or finished each day, but these are fairly minor issues and we would certainly stay there again - thanks"

"I stayed at this property with my family of five. The location is fantastic, with a ton of dining options and within a short walk of trains and other sights. That said, the staff were even better. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed on our trip. I ended up staying here twice in ten days, and I will definitely stay here again."
