"It was really quiet when we visited. Beach and pool therefore very quiet so it was amazing. The room was good, clean and nicely decorated. Just make sure you take everything you need of you're going to cook in the room. Staff were super friendly, the breakfast was good. Loved our stay. The view from our sea view room was lovely too."

"This is our 2nd time staying at this Villa. The service team was speedy in their response and service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Renting of floats was expensive (S$50 for 2 floats for a day) The food from room service was average but the team had great recommendations on where to go for dinner which was excellent. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Will be back if I’m going back to Bintan."

We signed up for the kids' activities package at Treasure Bay—as hotel guests, we got a 20% discount, which is a fantastic deal since the vouchers can be used anytime during the stay. The dining was a highlight and there’s a great variety of delicious options. We highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back in the near future! 🏊♂️✨"

"I booked the Family Suite room and it was amazing. The toilets were spotless and the breakfast buffet food was delicious, especially the eggs. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and greeted us whenever we met them. Overall, it was a great hotel experience and definitely deserves 5 stars!"
