"It feels more like a hostel than hotel. Lack of amenities and standard facilities. Not many option of breakfast and needs to be improved taste wise. Location is good because is next to Bintaro Plaza. Staff are kind and helpful. "

"The locations is great however The shower door was so dirty and the floor looked like it wasn’t swept or clean throughly. They just need to clean the place better. "

"Very good hotel. Mall entrance is from inside the lobby by the coffee shop at the lobby not very far is about 25 minutes. Dr. to the airport extended my day one hour which is very kind of them very clean. New hotel mall is very nice. has everything people who check in and check me out are very kind people his name is hanif , Nadia and garland were very nice and gave me great service. "
