We liked the location which was ideal for us and the staff on reception who were extremely helpful. We didn’t like the fact that dogs were allowed to sit on the sofas in the foyer or that other customers were running up and down the corridor and shrieking loudly at 2.00 a.m.

I stayed here for a short break with my 7year old son, and would come back in a heartbeat. He has a dairy allergy, and we were treated amazingly by Anoushka, Sophie and Gigi, who went completely out of their way to accommodate him without me even needing to ask, which is so unusual and made him feel so special and welcomed. The room was lovely, the bed amazing and comfy. Location is great even for the maze that is Brindleyplace. A great stay for Sea Life Birmingham and the Lego discovery centre. Please pass on my thanks to the people mentioned above, they really made the stay memorable for my son, and deserve so much praise.
