Property has no working lifts, this has been the case for a number of months. The rooms need refurbishing, advertised as having dishwasher and coffee machine, neither are in the room. There were 4 sachets of decaf coffee. The washing machine isn’t very safe and in the middle of the washing cycle the door just springs open with the cycle continuing and water and soap still in the machine pouring out on to the floor. Bedding is stained. I stayed here many years ago and the product was great, unfortunately it doesn’t look like anything has been upgraded. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to anyone, especially if you have luggage or issues climbing stairs as you have to climb a lot of stairs.

The lift was out of action all the time we were there. We were on the 3rd floor which was quite a struggle for my husband. On the plus side. The apartment was very secure. Very clean and very comfortable. Could have done with a few cushions in the lounge. Would have been even better if there were some Marigold gloves for washing up the dishes.

We loved that we were right next to chinatown for amazing food but it was very quiet. We were in walking distance of Utilia Arena Birmingham and it was a gorgeous walk back to our appartment. Parking was easy and safe. There was so much to explore nearby. Great shops and the train station a short walk way. We loved our stay.

The apartment was great, with a well-equipped little kitchen and good areas for sitting. Everything was clean and comfortable. The elevator wasn’t working, which didn’t affect me too much, but anyone with mobility issues or massive luggage might want to check that it has been fixed before booking this place.

Pros - Easy check in process, cheap Cons - only 1 towel despite it being a double room, leaky shower head which meant there was a trickle of water, smell of smoke in the hallway, life not working

The property was okay and clean. We could have done with a few more pots and pans. The oven needs repairing. The lift was broken so that made access difficult. Overall we would stay again when the lifts are fixed.

It was ok. The lift was out of order so glad we weren't higher than 2 floor. Location is the best thing about this as nit too far from the station.

Great location. Apartment was clean and spacious. Not luxurious, but good quality and had everything we needed. Good value. Unfortunately the lift was out of order, which was a challenge as our apartment was on the fifth floor! Can’t fault the staff though, as they did what they could to help us.

There was a massive stain on the carpet in the bedroom which was quite disgusting to look at. Property is very outdated and there was a random bed in the middle of the living room even though it was only meant for 2 people.

Nice central location, clean, comfortable rooms, handy kitchen. Dagmar on reception was very friendly and engaging, informing us very clearly on how things worked.Very close to the Bull Ring shopping and The Xmas Markets.

Lovely apartment
Lovely apartment, very modern but warm and well equipped. Enjoyed the views of Birmingham and felt safe and CNN private. Reception quick and friendly. Disappointed the lift didn’t work all weekend especially as I was on the 4th floor which was challenging. I would stay here again.

Excellent customer service - faultless. Very clean room. Ideal location for getting to ragmarket and Chinatown. But 24 hour shop next door attracting dubious customers. Not ideal when trying to access building using key code at night. Pity as the staff and roomy apartment is otherwise very good.

Great place to stay.
I stayed for 2 night, the receptionist was very nice and polite. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable bed and it is recommended. I do feel like home while I stay there. Definitely will come back 👍👍👍

Very clean, good apartment space, decent shower, great location. Was very warm and had no aircon/couldn't open windows very wide to move air around.

My Son was attending an audition in Birmingham so I booked those suites for him, as he was travelling from London. He couldn't believe how large they were as he thought he was staying in a hotel room. He was very impressed and said that he had a great sleep although it was very hot.

You've got a repeat customer right here!
Decided to go to a conference in the Custard factory, and get a hotel the night before, saving me a 4am start (I live in Essex) To be honest, I just looked for a local, cheap hotel with decent ratings. I found Premier Suites, £85 for the room, good ratings, 10 minute walk from the venue. Job done. I had no expectations. I didn't arrive there until 9.30 at night. Everything was great. The layout was a small fully equipped kitchen/diner - spotless - and a living area with a comfy 2-seater sofa and TV. Bathroom was spotless, and the shower was great. loads of storage space. Decent iron. Good wifi. Pretty much everything you need. I felt right at home, and instead of going straight to bed I thought I'd enjoy it, popped next door to the Spar for a bottle of wine and chilled out on the living room before bed. Staff were amazing - loads of email communications with clear instructions and even a phone call from an account manager (apologies forgotten your name) who was very friendly and helpful. Pleasantly surprised and will definitely be using the company again. The only gripe (and it's a small one) is that it was difficult to get into the safe to retrieve my room key - the buttons are a little worn. Other than that, no quibbles whatsoever.
